Binh and his team were very effective with their negotiation skills and helped to purchase our new house at a price that we could afford and sold our house leveraging their marketing skills to get us the best price possible.Binh was almost like a family member and helped us with installing laminate flooring in our new house and getting it cleaned before the move in. He was also very helpful in showing us how the multitude of different mechanisms work. All in all a very positive experience
